Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Nedev Projects are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final project costs may vary based on actual site conditions, material availability, and changes to project scope. We will always communicate any cost changes before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit may be required before commencement of work, the amount of which will be specified in your project agreement.
• Progress payments may be required at agreed milestones during the project.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the project and client sign-off.
• All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise agreed.

Project Timelines

We provide estimated project timelines based on the scope of work and current scheduling. While we are committed to completing projects on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, material delivery delays, or site access issues. We will keep you informed of any changes to the project timeline and work diligently to minimize delays.

Warranties and Guarantees

Nedev Projects stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a workmanship warranty on all construction and renovation projects. The specific warranty period and coverage will be detailed in your project agreement. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures are passed through to the client as applicable.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel a project after work has commenced, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project and materials already procured. Any refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and communicated clearly in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Nelani Development and Projects (Pty) Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent. Architectural designs and project plans created by Nedev Projects remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.

Limitation of Liability
